De Angelis & Associés, a law firm located in Marseille, specialises in civil liability and insurance law litigation. We have also developed expertise in public and private
procurement litigation. Each partner has developed a particular area of expertise and leads a team of experienced lawyers in his or her area of practice. As a result of its expertise, structure and methodology, our firm is sought after for the management of complex legal cases with major financial implications. We plead before all French judicial, administrative and arbitration courts. When the conditions are met, we favour the diversion of the cases entrusted to us through the implementation of a negotiated solution or an Alternative Dispute Resolution Process. Our firm is a partner member of the Association of European Mediators (AME). Our firm is also structured to provide its clients with the availability and reactivity in providing advice and recourse strategy required by crisis management in the event of a disaster. We are also regularly called upon to provide legal advice and training on legal or procedural issues.
